Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Delivery takes place while stocks last.
2. Delivery takes place at Om Shree, unless parties are different
agreed.
3. Delivery of products ordered online takes place at the
customer specified address.
4. If the agreed amounts are not paid or are not paid on time
fulfilled, Om Shree has the right to suspend its obligations
until the agreed part has been paid.
5. In the event of late payment, there is a creditor’s default, with the following:
As a result, the customer cannot make a late delivery to Om Shree
object.
Delivery time
1. The delivery times stated by Om Shree are indicative and indicate the
customer is not entitled to dissolution or
compensation, unless the parties expressly agree otherwise in writing
have been agreed.
2. The delivery time starts at the moment that the customer
(electronic) ordering process has fully completed and a
(electronic confirmation) from Om Shree.
3. Om Shree delivers orders on Mondays and Fridays.
4 Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the customer
to compensation, nor the right to cancel the agreement
rescind, unless Om Shree does not do so in writing within 14 days of doing so
can deliver if the parties have something else in this regard
agreed to meet.
Actual delivery
The customer must ensure that the actual delivery of the
products ordered by him can take place in a timely manner.
Packing and Shipping
1. If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged
the customer must, before taking delivery of the product,
of this by leaving a note on the forwarder or delivery person
failing which Om Shree cannot be held liable
held for any damage.
2. If the customer takes care of the transport of a product himself,
he must report any visible damage to products or
packaging prior to shipment to Om Shree, at
default of which Om Shree cannot be held liable for
possible damage.
